1. Use of Android VpnService
Our Apps utilize the VpnService API provided by the Android operating system as a core feature to deliver their functionality. The specific use of VpnService varies depending on the App you are using:
- Local VPN Service: Used in Blue Proxy Browser, Japanese Browser, and Gaming DNS locally on your device to route internet traffic, apply DNS filtering (such as blocking ads and trackers), or optimize network latency. This local service does not route your traffic to any external servers owned by us.
- Pango VPN SDK: Used in Blue Proxy Browser, BrowserTun, and GamingTun VPN to provide a secure and encrypted network tunnel using remote third-party servers (Pango/Aura) to maintain privacy and bypass geographical restrictions.
- Tor Network: Used in Japanese Browser to route your traffic anonymously through a decentralized volunteer network (The Onion Router).
VpnService Transparency Commitment:
We do not use the VpnService to collect, log, or share your personal browsing history, passwords, or sensitive data. The VPN functionality is used solely to secure your connection, optimize network performance, and unlock content access.
2. Data Collection and Use
As an independent developer, we prioritize your privacy and design our Apps to minimize data collection. However, certain data is collected automatically to ensure the Apps function correctly and for analytics purposes:
- Usage and Device Data: We collect non-personal information such as hardware models, operating system versions, unique device identifiers, and crash data to help us diagnose issues and improve App stability.
- IP Addresses: Your IP address may be temporarily processed to establish a VPN connection, optimize network routing (DNS), or serve functional advertisements. We adhere to a Strict No-Logs policy for all VPN traffic; we do not store your IP address in connection with your browsing activities.
3. Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate third-party services and SDKs that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the third-party services we use and links to their respective privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements within the Apps. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. (Google Privacy Policy)

We use industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to protect your information. All traffic passing through the Pango VPN SDK and the Tor Network is encrypted using high-level encryption standards. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Apps are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates to our App features or changes in regulations. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
